Two options: Either put this in a "#ifndef NDEBUG" section,
to make clear it's for debugging only. Or add it to
docs/misc/xen-command-line.markdown.

Beyond that - very much appreciated, as I too had to suppress
recognizing ARAT a number of times in the past.
