Woohoo, this means we've finally got past the host-install job! I think
this means we can switch the build jobs over to this new machine. I'll
see about that during the week.

The failure here is:

The lack of xend on ARM is deliberate. I'll look into making this
conditional on the toolstack used.

I also need to fix the serial log gathering to work with conserver.
