I just want to apply some patches of xen-4.3 to xen-4.1.2 , and the all the changed codes are in tools/libxl , nothing to ocaml part .  May be the problem of Makefile?

It's unclear to me why your modification to libxl would affect the Ocaml
part. You'd better be more specific on what you did and what you tried
to achieve.
