[Xen-devel] [PATCH v5 14/14] xen/arm: initialize vtimer offset to CNTPCT



Currently we initialize the vtimer offset to

CNTVCT + CNTVOFF = CNTPCT - CNTVOFF + CNTVOFF = CNTPCT

Simply initialize vtimer offset to CNTPCT.
