[Xen-devel] Patch review: vMCE patches 4/5 and 5/5

Hi,

Attached are 2 patches of Xen vMCE, it mainly handle vMCE when live migrate.
Patch4/5 used to handle vMCE while live migrate.
Patch5/5 used handle vMCE before live migrate.

These 2 patches involves some tools logic, would you please kindly help me to 
review them?
