Not easily, no.  My processing stream would filter it out before I
posted it.  And sadly that's in the topgit linearize step which isn't
very configurable.  (I'm writing a replacement for topgit but it's
going to be a while still.)

I guess I could routinely use git-filter-branch on the results of
linearize to turn "-" into "---" but my own git-to-hg (upstream hat)
commit processing stream removes things after "-" too.
