The minimum would be to check against 4.0.3 (ideally tip of
4.0-testing), to exclude a problem already fixed even on that
branch.

Next would be to try with -unstable.

Other options to try would be
- dropping "dom0_mem="
- trying "clocksource=acpi"
- trying "clocksource=pit"
