[Xen-devel] [PATCH WIP 4/5] xen: allow privcmd for hvm guests



Ian's initial XENMAPSPACE_gmfn_foreign implementation is enough to get
privcmd mmap to work for XENFEAT_auto_translated_physmap guests.
