Hi all,
this patch series fixes the GIC, VGIC and vtimer issues that caused dom1
to hang, as described by Ian in
http://marc.info/?l=xen-devel&m=133856539418794.

With this patch series applied on top of Ian's, dom1 boots up to:

VFS: Cannot open root device "(null)" or unknown-block(2,0)
