[Xen-devel] [PATCH 2/2] libxl: regenerate flex/bison output



No intentional functional change.  The following hopefully
non-functional changes:
 * Regenerate parsers with Bison 2.4.1 (Debian's 1:2.4.1.dfsg-3 i386)
 * Whitespace fixes previously done to the whole of libxl are
   undone as far as they effect these files;
 * Remove semiautomatically-added "Local variables" stanzas from
   autogenerated files.
