[Xen-devel] [PATCH 0 of 2] Sharing Documentation

Document the sharing libxc interface, including failure conditions, meaning of
stats, and internal semantics/behavior.

Also remove a stale debug call.

Patch #2 depends on patch #1. Patch #1 touches hypervisor x86/mm bits. Both
patches touch the tools. Patch #2 is entirely documentation comments.
