I'll admit to eagerness, and a lack of knowledge about the etiquette
surrounding the 4.1-testing process.

If there is any documentation lying around (beyond "use common sense")
I'll gladly refer to it in the future.

Relying on common sense only, I can understand your concern about this
being too much code, or too different. I was hoping that the fact the
requested patches remain internal to the hypervisor, and do not affect any
visible interfaces (save for GNTTABOP_swap), should assuage such concerns.
