Thanks for this.  I think, though, that it has been eaten by the
mailing list because of its size.  And Citrix's mail system is still
broken so the copy that made it to my mailbox is mangled.

Can you send another copy but with the autogenerated files removed ?
I'll then rerun the autogen.sh at this end.
