Hi Jean,

I have following questions about the patch:

1) How is the new function pt_pci_host_map_bar() used?  I see function 
definition but do not see where it is called.

2) What is the purpose of pt_graphic_bar_remap()?  It seems to be defined as 
NULL as shown below.
