RVI is AMD's marketing name for NPT, I think, but it never made it into
the technical manuals.  

VMware doesn't really have a generic name for HAP; they call it
'hardware MMU' in some docs but EPT/RVI in their UI.  Microsoft calls it
SLAT (?!) for Second-Level Address Translation.
