The kernel boots as a regular linux kernel. It does not boot as dom0.I'm using Centos 5.5.

I based the configuration on the working config for 2.6.32. It is attached.

To build the kernel:

git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/konrad/xen.git
cd xen/
make
make modules
make modules_install
make install
mkinitrd -v -f /boot/initrd-2.6.38-rc8+.img --with=sd_mod
--builtin=ehci-hcd --builtin=ohci-hcd --builtin=uhci-hcd
--builtin=usb-storage 2.6.38-rc8+

Any clue?

Serial log console would be nice. Also did you follow the PVOPS Wiki on troubleshooting?

I added the debugging information, as mentioned in the Wiki. Please find the log attached.
