If you really want it, get the patches from git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/konrad/xen.git devel/e820-hole for the 2.6.37 Linux kernel. And for the tool stack - see attached patch. You need to define in your .xm file this attribute: pci_hole=0xc0000 (or 1 to automatically try to guess - which might fail). Attachment:
