According to:
http://xenbits.xen.org/xapi/install.html

"Note the 'PV-args=noninteractive' will cause the VM to boot
non-interactively, setting the root password to the default of
'xensource'. If this step is omitted, a password may be specified when
the VM is first booted by attaching to the console of the VM."
