[Xen-devel] Can I change the cpu configuration of a VM dynamically without rebooting the VM?How? Thanks a lot.

I doubt how to chage the vcpu number or the cpu cycle of a VM dynamically without rebooting the VM.
I would appreciate it if you could answer my question.
