I think the vga BIO Shas a debug port it can write to that makes messages
appear in qemu's log. It'll print a warning if an unsupported BIOS call is
attempted (it's not always a problem if a BIOS call isn't supported). The
ACPI hotplug messages are just informational, and come from qemu itself.
