[Xen-devel] [PATCH] AMD IOMMU: Cleanup and minor feature enhancement

Hi,
Attached patches are code cleanup and minor feature enhancement for amd iommu. 

debug.patch: Allow enabling iommu debug output at run time. The old 
compile-time option is removed. 
optmz_intr.patch: If interrupt remapping is disabled, then do not update 
interrupt remapping table with IOAPIC write.
remove_def.patch: Remove unused definitions.
comp_wait.patch: Extend the loop counter for polling completion wait bit.
