[Xen-devel] [Patch] Add vMCA support for HVM guest in XEN

Hi, all
 
This patch is mainly to support HVM Guest virtual MCA handling.
 
When MCE# happens, if the error has been contained/recovered by XEN and it
impacts one domain (DOM0/PV Guest/HVM Guest), we will inject the corresponding
vMCE# into the impacted domain. Guest OS will continue its own recovery job 
if it has MCA handler.
 
This patch is verified on different HVM Guest OS (latest windows and latest
Linux) as well as DOM0/PV guest.
