[Xen-devel] [PATCH] x86 shadow: Fix sh_remove_shadows with MMIO direct.

There are some paths -- as seen in XenClient -- in which we might call  
sh_remove_shadows with an invalid gmfn, causing host reboots.
This patch fixes this.
