[Xen-devel] [PATCH] Netchannel2 optimizations [1/4]

This applies to the latest netchannel2 tree.

This patch defines a new flag in netchannel2 packet to indicate the other side 
if the corresponding finish message requires an event notification. This will 
allow us to reduce to number of events for finish packet messages while 
allowing events to be sent whenever the other side expects one.
