Ok, this is somewhere around process exit and it crashes with
current->mm being unexpectedly NULL.  While mergeing commits yesterday I
saw some suspicios fiddling with remote CPU mm freeing (from the tip
tree in xen pvops mm code), maybe it has something to do with that.

I also just rebased what I had against the tip.git HEAD again, and there
were some more merges that needed to be fixed up by hand.
