[Xen-devel] Release candidates for 3.2.3 and 3.3.1

Folks,

First release candidates are now tagged in the xen-3.3-testing.hg
(3.3.1-rc1) and xen-3.2-testing.hg (3.2.3-rc1) repositories.

I hope to get these stable releases done by the end of the month, so please
test!
