It may be some option to the kernel command line, i tried adding: things like the following to kernel grubdom line, with no luck, still hangs. xencons=tty root=/dev/hda2 console=tty1 root=/dev/hda2 console=xvc0 root=/dev/hda2 The bigger problem though is the PV GRUB isn't actually working like I might expect it to. Do I need to pass the menu.lst file in the ramdisk option to see a grub menu? Or should it detect the menu.lst within the guest disk image file? Is there a simple example that I could download and work with to get a sense of a working PV GRUB example?
