[Xen-devel] [PATCH] XM on XenAPI: Fixes for Console

Hi,

This patch does some fixes for console creation
when creating a domain by xm command over xen-api.
 - set 'vncunused' param default to 1
 - add 'vncdisplay' param
 - handle the case when sdl=1
