[Xen-devel] [PATCH] [gntdev] Fix multiple-grant mapping logic

This patch addresses a problem that occurs when multiple grants are
mapped, leading to unpredictable behaviour. It should be applied to
linux-2.6.18-xen.hg, and to the sparse tree in xen-3.1-testing.hg.
