Mostly applied, with a few exceptions:

 * Didn't add -m32 to CFLAGS in hvmloader/Makefile. XEN_TARGET_ARCH=x86_32
should ensure that CFLAGS gets set up correctly anyway, and also there was
no equivalent addition of -m32 to CFLAGS in vmxassist/Makefile, so I guess
it's probably not needed at all.

 * I couldn't fathom any of the changes to tools/Makefile, so I didn't apply
any of them. Removing the XEN_ROOT assignment made no sense to me, and I
don't understand the ioemu configuration changes. If they're in response to
Daniel Berrange's ioemu changes, then maybe he can comment.
