[Xen-devel] [PATCH] Fix cpu_cap option about xm create command

Hi,

This patch fixes to enable the cpu_cap option when we create VM with it.

Without this patch you see:
 # xm create /xen/vm1.conf cpu_weight=512 cpu_cap=50
 Using config file "/xen/vm1.conf".
 Started domain vm1
 # xm list
 Name                                      ID   Mem VCPUs      State   Time(s)
 Domain-0                                   0   513     2     r-----    197.8
 vm1                                        9   256     1     r-----      3.9
 # xm sched-credit -d vm1
 {'cap': 0, 'weight': 512}

With this patch applied:
 # xm create /xen/vm1.conf cpu_weight=512 cpu_cap=50
 Using config file "/xen/vm1.conf".
 Started domain vm1
 # xm list
 Name                                      ID   Mem VCPUs      State   Time(s)
 Domain-0                                   0   513     2     r-----    223.9
 vm1                                       10   256     1     r-----      1.1
 # xm sched-credit -d vm1
 {'cap': 50, 'weight': 512}
