[Xen-devel] [PATCH] Fix 64 SMP Windows 2k3

Now if AP is in block state, it won't be waken up by interrupt delivered
by IOAPIC. It makes 64 SMP Windows 2k3 boot failed. This patch fixes it,
by calling vcpu_kick, which also notifies running vcpu of the interrupt.
