[Xen-devel] xend blocks SIGCHLD and SIGINT

Hi folks

xend currently block SIGINT and SIGCHLD.

The first makes it impossible to kill xend in debugging mode gracefully.
The second produces zombies if the childs (for example qemu-dm) dies.
