[Xen-devel] [PATCH] [VTPM_TOOLS]: Move extra script into common script file

VTPM_Tools: Support for (non-local) Migration added. Local migration
works provided that the hotplug scripts deliver the "suspend" before the
"resume," but this is not always true.
