[Xen-devel] [PATCH] Fix for event initialisation in MiniOS

Fix for event initialisation in Mini-OS. All events are masked when  
the system is started up. This prevents from getting spurious events  
between hypercall to bind an event-channel and registering  
appropriate event handler.
