  Thank you. I installed today's xen-3.0-testing and have seen none of the reboot issues.

  Could you try with today's xen-3.0-testing tree?  A patch went in yesterday which addressed these symptoms -- hopefully it will fix your problem.  You'll actually be pulling a release candidate for Xen 
3.0.2-1.
