[Xen-devel] [PATCH] Fix for handling localtime correctly fully virtualized guests

I apologize profusely for doing this via my wife's email account.  I am 
still having ongoing issues with accessing the xensource mailing lists using 
my work email account.
The default value used to control whether the guest is set up with localtime 
or utc in the RTC was wrong.
