[Xen-devel] [PATCH] explain network-* options in xm.1

This patch explains network-* options in xm.1, including the bits that are
currently not really working.  Bugzillas coming soon on those.  I had to
manually generate the diff for this as it relies on the network-limit remove
patch, which isn't upstream yet, and is in a different hg tree locally.
