[Xen-devel] Exception starting xend

If i try to start "xend" (Xen 3.0 as part of SUSE Linux 10.0) an error occures:  
 
 > /etc/init.d/xend start
Exception starting xend: (111, 'Connection refused')  
 
What i've done wrong? Can anyone help me?
