I've seen this on a friend's machine running Debian. I haven't seen
this on other distributions leading me to believe that it is specific
to their glibc. As unenjoyable as it may be, re-compiling glibc
with symbols is your best bet.

gdbserver-xen coredump after i step through a few lines of code.
build dom0 with debug_domu. Enable debuginfo and frame pointer for dom U and attach the domu with gdbserver . In gdb put breakpoint at say
sys_open and after going through few lines of code gdbserver-xen coredumps.
The resulting core file has the below stack
