If I turn off networking I am able to bring up DomUs. DHCP is working on the subnet otherwise. Any idea why this is happening? What do you mean DHCP is working on the subnet otherwise? Are you saying once you boot without networking, DHCP works? This is just probably a race condition between getting networking up and sending out a DHCP request. Can you put in some tracing in the startup scripts? Not sure which version of Xen SLES9 SP2 runs (was it 2.0.6?) thanks, Nivedita ThanksAravindhxen_net: Initialising virtual ethernet driver. xen_net: Using grant tables. md: md driver 0.90.1 MAX_MD_DEVS=256, MD_SB_DISKS=27 NET: Registered protocol family 2 IP: routing cache hash table of 1024 buckets, 16Kbytes TCP established hash table entries: 16384 (order: 6, 262144 bytes) TCP bind hash table entries: 16384 (order: 6, 262144 bytes) TCP: Hash tables configured (established 16384 bind 16384) Initializing IPsec netlink socket NET: Registered protocol family 1 NET: Registered protocol family 17 => Sending DHCP requests ...... _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel
