[Xen-devel] DomU dying: Kernel panic - not syncing: Unable to reduce memory reservation

While running LTP on Dom0 and DomU on two machines, SLES 9 SP2 and FC4,
DomU
crashed with the following message:  

Kernel panic - not syncing: Unable to reduce memory reservation
