welcome to the list and the first ever patch ;-). here are some
comments, though:

i think that we are not sure which kernel version we are going to use
for the next release (or we are ?), so perhaps now is not time for
this patch to apply

> xen-2.0-testing/tools/vnet/doc/vnet-xend.txt

i think the above document only shows example on how to configure
vnet, so the specific kernel version is not that important. thus it is
safe to ignore this file when patching.
