You're going to have to give us a bit more to go on than this... What version of Xen/Linux are you running? Did you build it yourself? If you're attached to the domain's console in dom0, do you get an oops message? Could you make available the image file and command line invocation that causes the breakage? We'll try and figure out what's going wrong.
