Find a Linux tool that can do what you want, on a machine with multiple NICS. Configure the domain with a virtual NIC that's routed /bridged to each physical NIC that's available. You can use NAT in dom0 to hide multiple domains behind one IP address, rather like hiding multiple physical machines behind one IP.
