Hi I configed my system by following the suggestions. When I boot xen0, the following error msg printed on the screen: kernel panic-not syncing:VFS:Unable to mount on unknown block(8,4). How can I fix this problem? Thanks, Ning -----Original Message----- From: xen-devel-admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:xen-devel-admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ian Pratt Sent: Wednesday, January 12, 2005 5:15 PM To: Sun, Ning; Derek Glidden; Xen List Subject: RE: [Xen-devel] ask help on booting xen Looks like your scsi driver isn't compiled into the kernel. Not sure what driver you need for a 53C1030, maybe CONFIG_SCSI_SYM53C8XX_2 You'll have to pull the source tar ball and follow the instructions for configuring your kernel.
