RE: [Xen-devel] Ping: Timer ISR backwards notices

I think it's fair to say that we don't care about "Time went backwards"
messages when running on vmware.

Xen uses the local APIC timer by default, and uses the PIT only on
extreme legacy hardware (and vmware).
