I've heard that there is going to be a new 3-level pt compatability
header file to enable architectures to work unmodified. Do you know if
this is still going to happen? (We'll obviously want to switch to
4-level pagetables to make it easier to track the i386 patches)

Since users frequently want to be able to use kernels other than the
most recent, we're going to need to think about how best to separate xen
bug fix patches from patches associated with kernel upgrades. We might
be best off creating a linux bk tree for every kernel version, and try
to pull down bug fixes into each tree. Sounds like a right pain...
