The problem you are running into is a problem with Fedora Core 3 and udev. It's not a Xen specific issue. This thread on the Fedora-devel mailing list gives a solution: https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-devel-list/2005- January/msg00021.html I haven't had time to try it yet, but I am going to try and get it going today. I'll let you know if it works.
