Ian, Thanks for reply. I use a dell 650 workstation, I guess Xen did not find a driver for my scsi controller. Your suggestions is too simple. How can fix it ? It probably means that the default kernel doesn't contain a device driver for your disk controller. Is it some unusual scsi or sata controller? Try enabling it in the xen0 kernel config and rebuilding. If you look in the full boot messages you should see if any hardware is being discovered.
